Congratulations, homeowners!  With a 61-percent quorum, we were able to hold the transition event on April 20. In addition to the official turnover, the meeting provided a Building 4 update, introduced our new (three-day a week) onsite rep, Chris Stone, explained the roles that the Board and our current management company will play going forward as well as highlighted the community’s finances.
